Dear NSRC Fund Recipient:
We are so sorry to have lost contact with you and others who have
received NSRCF scholarships since the first grants were awarded
in 1984. We have often wondered what paths your lives have taken
and have always hoped that all goes well for you.
We hope you found the encouragement and support you received from
us to continue your education helpful. Will you help us now by answering
a few questions? This information will enable us to judge the value
and future of our continuing efforts to give a helping hand to other
